We’re looking for a data-driven Paid Acquisition Manager to scale growth for Maxon’s industry-leading 3D products. You’ll own performance across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Video/Display, driving measurable impact on revenue, ROAS, and LTV:CAC. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Own and optimise multi-channel paid campaigns (Search, Social, Display/Video) 

  • Develop strategies to scale revenue while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC efficiency 

  • Manage and allocate budgets based on performance and growth opportunities 

  • Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable improvements 

  • Run structured experiments (creative, audiences, bidding, landing pages) 

  • Partner with Creative, Product, and Data teams to improve conversion performance 

 

What we’re looking for 

  • 3+years in Paid Acquisition / Performance Marketing 

  • Proven track record delivering revenue and ROAS targets 

  • Hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta, and/or video/display platforms 

  • Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset 

  • Ability to turn data into clear insights and actions 

  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven 

  • Experience with software or subscriptions a plus 

  • Fluency in English (German a strong plus) 

Salary Range *: 62-74 k EUR annually
