Own Maxon’s brand vision, positioning, architecture, storytelling, and visual standards across its multi-product portfolio. The Director of Paid Acquisition will develop user acquisition strategies, manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance metrics while leading a high-performing marketing team.

Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Search, Social, Display/Video) to drive revenue, ROAS, and LTV:CAC. Allocate budgets, run experiments, analyze data, and partner with Creative, Product, and Data teams to improve conversion performance.

Develop and maintain architectural visualization plugins for Maxon Redshift, ensuring real-time synchronization with CAD/BIM applications while mentoring junior developers.

Own web and paid acquisition analytics: measurement, validation, attribution, and reporting. Lead GA4 event design, tagging standards, conversion definitions, and analytics configuration as the marketing analytics system owner, collaborating with Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.

Build, run, and optimize end-to-end customer lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Manage automated journeys, audience segmentation with SQL, HTML/CSS email templates, A/B testing, campaign operations, and reporting to drive acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

The IT Support Specialist provides end-user support, manages hardware and software, troubleshoots network issues, and ensures compliance with IT security standards while documenting processes and maintaining inventory.
