Own Maxon’s brand vision, positioning, architecture, storytelling, and visual standards across its multi-product portfolio. Lead and grow an international creative team, establish scalable creative operations, direct flagship campaigns, oversee production budgets and vendors, and serve as final creative authority. Partner with product marketing, product management, sales, and executives to connect creative strategy with business goals. Stay hands-on in art direction while advancing creative quality, cultural relevance, and AI-informed practices.

The Director of Paid Acquisition will develop user acquisition strategies, manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance metrics while leading a high-performing marketing team.

Manage and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns (Search, Social, Display/Video) to drive revenue, ROAS, and LTV:CAC. Allocate budgets, run experiments, analyze data, and partner with Creative, Product, and Data teams to improve conversion performance.

Develop and maintain architectural visualization plugins for Maxon Redshift, ensuring real-time synchronization with CAD/BIM applications while mentoring junior developers.
