As part of our mission to produce the finest lamb from naturally sustainable sources, we are looking for reliable, motivated Packing Assistants to join our Llanybydder team. In this role you will play an essential part in ensuring that our products are prepared, packaged and dispatched to the highest standard. You will work within a supportive fast paced environment where accuracy, consistency and attention to detail are key.

Responsibilities
  • Packing meat products
  • Be able to follow clearly written procedures and instructions to ensure work is carried out safely, accurately, and consistently.
  • Contributing to the team’s goals and department targets.
  • Ensuring that all customer and company specifications are met.
  • Keeping your work area clean and organized at all times, following our ‘clean as you go’ policy.
  • Promoting and maintaining excellent Health, Safety, and Hygiene standards.
