DuPont Water Solutions (DWS) is a $1.5B global business focused on solving global challenges in water purification, conservation, and reuse. DWS serves its thousands of customers in diverse markets through three major technology verticals: Ion Exchange Resins (IER), Reverse Osmosis Elements (RO), and Systems & Filtration (S&F).

Reporting to the Global Marketing Leader for Systems & Filtration in DuPont Water Solutions, the Pacific Regional Marketing Manager will translate global segment strategy into region-specific priorities and lead execution across the Asia Pacific region (excluding China). This role is responsible for defining where to play and how to win locally, building regional action plans, and partnering closely with Sales, Technology, MarCom, and Global Segment Marketing to accelerate growth in Systems and Filtration technologies.

As the regional champion for strategic marketing execution, the RMM will develop deep insight into regional market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, regulations, channels, installed base, and value-chain decision makers. The role owns regional activation for priority segments, including customer targeting, demand generation, product launch execution, channel effectiveness, trade show presence, share-gain initiatives, and continuous voice-of-customer and competitive intelligence feedback. The successful candidate will bring strong external focus, go-to-market discipline, and the ability to work with Commercial teams to convert strategy into measurable regional growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate global Systems & Filtration segment strategy into region-specific priorities, applying global “where to play / how to win” choices to regional execution across priority applications, customer types, regulations, competitors, and channels.
  • Develop short regional strategy packs for priority segments and maintain a clear view of what matters most in the region, why it matters, and how it should shape commercial execution.
  • Own regional execution plans for priority segments, including growth initiatives, campaign priorities, customer targeting, commercial enablement tools to support account plans for new and existing customers, launches, channel actions, success measures, and progress tracking.
  • Build and manage regional target lists and value-chain intelligence in alignment with global segmentation priorities, identifying priority customers, new-customer prospects, EPCs, OEMs, influencers, decision makers, and buying dynamics.
  • Clarify whether regional growth gaps are demand-driven or execution-driven, and partner with Sales and Commercial teams to close gaps through focused action plans.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to identify new customers and drive share-gain efforts using competitive insights, installed-base mapping, and targeted value propositions.
  • Lead regional channel marketing effectiveness where distributors and channels are critical to winning, including distributor prioritization, portfolio focus, go-to-market alignment, performance reviews, and execution improvement actions.
  • Own local demand generation and market activation aligned with regional priorities, including campaign briefs, activation plans, localized messaging in partnership with Marketing Communications (MarCom), performance reviews, and feedback loops.
  • Support regional growth goals for managed technologies by measuring campaign effectiveness, improving activation quality, and ensuring initiatives are linked to sales and profitable growth outcomes.
  • Drive regional innovation and product launch execution by building launch plans, aligning Sales, channels, and customers on value propositions and use cases, and capturing early market adoption feedback.
  • Lead regional trade show selection and execution, ensuring participation decisions are impact-based, objectives are clear, and post-event insights are captured and shared.
  • Execute regional voice-of-customer activities using global frameworks, synthesize local customer insights, and feed learnings into segment strategy, innovation, and market activation priorities.
  • Provide ongoing market and competitive intelligence, including competitor moves, price pressure, messaging effectiveness, structural market issues, and emerging opportunities that inform strategic and execution decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen, with the ability to collect and analyze market, customer, channel, and pipeline data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Strong strategic marketing capability, including segmentation, targeting, value proposition development, regional activation, and growth initiative prioritization.
  • Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar markets through primary research, customer engagement, competitive analysis, and collaboration with commercial and technical teams.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven professional with excellent interpersonal skills, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to create urgency and drive issues to closure.
  • Demonstrated success working across diverse, cross-functional teams; multi-cultural and multi-region experience preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including multitasking, attention to detail, disciplined follow-through, and bias for action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex market insights clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree required in a business or technical field; MBA preferred.
  • 2–7 years of experience in strategic marketing, market development, product management, or a related role preferred.
  • Experience in the water treatment industry, membrane technologies, filtration, wastewater, desalination, or industrial/municipal water markets is preferred.
