Position Requirements (not all inclusive)
• As a key leader within our team, primary goal is to drive sales growth and foster community relationships in alignment with our mission and strategic objectives
• Oversee the sales and enrollment department, ensuring we meet enrollment targets while nurturing awareness and connections within the community
• Lead, mentor, and provide hands-on support to the sales and enrollment teams, ensuring timely completion of enrollment processes
• Collaborate with Community Liaisons to develop and execute strategic sales plans, conducting regular reviews to track progress
• Conduct training sessions and one-on-one coaching to enhance team performance and effectiveness
• Organize outreach events and presentations to engage potential referral sources and promote our services
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements, including reporting and marketing materials approval
• Continuously evaluate and refine the enrollment process to meet or exceed KPI standards and sales goals
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and serve on relevant committees
- At least three years of healthcare sales experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, essential for building relationships and collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM platforms
- Must possess a valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Sales in Healthcare: 3 years (Required)
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
