Job Title: P2P Specialist

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid – 1/2 days per week in office)

Type: Full-time, permanent

About the role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and accountable P2P Specialist to support our in country Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) operations portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay cycle, from purchase order creation through to invoice review, processing, and payment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong supplier relationships.

This is a great opportunity for an accounting graduate or early-career finance professional who enjoys structured processes, problem-solving, and working with both internal and external stakeholders in an international environment. Responsibilities:

• Process vendor and intercompany invoices and credit notes accurately, ensuring correct coding, approvals, currency, and three-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Validate invoice details including ABN, GST treatment, due dates, and job completion in line with ANZ tax requirements and company policy
• Create, review, and maintain purchase orders in accordance with approved requisitions
• Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc payment runs, ensuring timely settlement of supplier invoices
• Set up and maintain supplier master data, including bank details and payment terms validation
• Manage supplier statement reconciliations and resolve invoice discrepancies or disputes within agreed SLAs
• Review and process employee expense claims and corporate card reconciliations in line with policy
• Provide timely updates to local Finance teams on AP risks, accrual requirements, and month-end cut-off considerations

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• A degree in Accounting
• Ideally some experience in Accounts Payable or P2P (fresh graduates with strong attitudes and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply)
• Solid Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)
• Strong written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with ANZ stakeholders and suppliers
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong accountability and ownership mindset
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach
