Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact between business stakeholders and P2P Operations.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead governance meetings.
Deliver end-user training and support process adoption.
Manage escalations and drive issue resolution.
Monitor P2P KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
Drive process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support change management and transformation projects.
Act as the country focal point for process and system changes, including testing and implementation activities.
What We're Looking For
Experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Transactional Procurement and Shared Services, at least 5 years as a must
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
Experience with ERP and SRM systems, ideally SAP
Proven record of driving process improvements and change management.
Strong customer-service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Fluent French and English is a must; additional European languages are an advantage.
