Position – A&P Mechanic (Aircraft Maintenance)
Location: Kingman, AZ

Summary

The A&P Mechanic is responsible for performing aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure airworthiness. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in compliance with FAA regulations and company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of aircraft and aircraft systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical discrepancies and perform corrective actions
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in accordance with FAA regulations
  • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and engineering documents
  • Remove and replace aircraft components as required
  • Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance activities
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
  • Other duties as assigned

Summary of Education, Experience & Certification

High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Minimum 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience required
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance practices
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and technical documentation
  • Experience performing inspections, repairs, and modifications
  • Ability to use standard aircraft maintenance tools and equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced maintenance environment
  • Ability to lift, stand, and work in various physical positions throughout the shift

Skills Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
