Project-based consultant responsible for evaluating and optimizing Epicor Kinetic/E10 manufacturing and supply-chain processes. The role focuses on MRP, planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, master data, reporting, dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and process automation. The consultant will recommend best practices, implement improvements, document workflows, train employees, and support adoption while collaborating with planners, buyers, operations personnel, and management. Initial onsite support is required in Claremore, Oklahoma.

Performs advanced staining, sealing, spraying, sanding, buffing, polishing, and repair of high-end aircraft cabinetry. Mixes finishing materials, matches customer-approved colors, inspects work, corrects defects, maintains equipment, and meets production and quality requirements. Provides technical guidance and hands-on training to junior finishers, troubleshoots complex finishing issues, supports process improvements, and follows aviation safety, environmental, hazardous-material, and 5S procedures.

Lead and coordinate QC inspection activities within an FAA Part 145 repair station. Ensure maintenance, repair, and modifications comply with FAA regulations and approved technical data, supervise QC inspectors, review maintenance records and release documentation, support audits and certification activities, and drive corrective actions for nonconformities.

Plan, design and proactively monitor complex aerospace programs; coordinate inter-project activities, lead project managers and teams, manage budgets, schedules, risks and changes, report status to executives, and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.

Perform scheduled routine aircraft maintenance, certify aircraft release after maintenance, troubleshoot and rectify defects from inspections or crew reports. Work evenings, follow maintenance manuals and specifications, coordinate tasks with maintenance coordinator.

Lead and coordinate multiple projects across the program lifecycle, managing governance, budgets, schedules, risks, resources, stakeholder communication, and documentation to ensure alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.

Design and develop FPGA, PLD, ASIC, and complex digital/analog interface electronics for aerospace engine control systems. Create requirements, block diagrams, simulations, and documentation; perform testing, verification, and certification support; collaborate with cross-functional teams and support product transition to production.

Support production engineering by troubleshooting electrical and electro-mechanical hardware, diagnosing failures with test equipment, updating technical documentation, preparing change packages, coordinating suppliers, and supporting subsystem integration and continuous improvement in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment.

Perform maintenance, repair, modification, inspection, and functional checks on aircraft components in a hangar/warehouse. Troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical manuals and drawings, document work, follow safety and aviation standards, and collaborate with production and leadership to meet deadlines.

Perform aircraft-level EMC analysis (EMI, HIRF, lightning, ESD), validate qualification documentation, assess certification compliance, evaluate system interference, support design reviews, analyze modifications/non-conformances, and contribute to continued airworthiness and risk mitigation.

Lead and manage the repair station quality assurance program to ensure FAA and EASA Part 145 compliance. Oversee QMS, internal and external audits, corrective actions, documentation, and continuous improvement while coordinating with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership.

Manage end-to-end aviation talent acquisition: identify staffing needs, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, communicate outcomes, and prepare job offers while ensuring regulatory and client-focused service.

Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacement to ensure FAA-compliant airworthiness. Read technical manuals, document work, inspect completed tasks for quality and safety, and maintain a safe, organized work environment while communicating with team members.

Perform sheet metal and structural repairs and reinstall exterior or structural aircraft components per FAA requirements on commercial and military jets. Requires aircraft sheet metal experience.

Perform incoming, in-progress, hidden-damage, final inspections and release-to-service for aircraft components per FAA, OEM, Repair Station and Quality Control manuals. Maintain inspection records, review technical data, assist audits, tag parts, and ensure use of current technical data and proper handling of unserviceable parts.

Provide casting and manufacturing subject-matter expertise to suppliers and Triumph sites, supporting design for producibility, material and process selection, tooling and quality reviews, technical assessments, and supplier process improvements. Perform onsite supplier support and regular reporting to Supply Chain.

Set up, adjust, and operate CNC lathes and mills to manufacture precision aerospace components to engineering drawings; inspect parts, troubleshoot machines, maintain documentation, follow quality and safety procedures, and meet production schedules.

Lead EMC certification activities as a DAD/DAR delegate: review and approve certification documentation, lead compliance demonstrations and test validations, apply TCCA/FAA/EASA regulations, interface with regulators, approve engineering changes, and mentor engineering teams to ensure continued airworthiness.

Coordinate and prioritize Aircraft on Ground events, dispatch technicians and parts, schedule travel and lodging, track maintenance progress and return-to-service, ensure technical documentation and regulatory compliance, and communicate status to stakeholders during high-priority maintenance situations.

DoD SkillBridge internship placing transitioning service members with certified A&P technicians to gain hands-on aircraft maintenance experience. Assist inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, component replacement, documentation, and hangar support while learning FAA maintenance practices and civilian recordkeeping under supervision. Potential for full-time A&P or apprentice roles after completion.
