Job Description
- In charge of the China region sales and coordinate for Food Ingredients Global shows and Vitafoods Europe.
- In charge of the overseas sales for CPHI China, HIC, HNC and STA shows.
- Customer services and colleting sales data for all the above shows.
- Revenue generation through booth sales, digital sales, sponsorship/ advertisement, and fully integrated packages for both new and existing customers across products and various revenue streams
- Development of brand- and industry-specific information to boost and improve the performance of new business sales by participating in industry trade shows, and market research
- Liaise with the event and sales operations team with regards to available spots on the floor plan
- Use Salesforce System to adopt sales pipeline processes and maintain data quality
- Support overdue payment collection for accounts
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- University Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline
- With 1-2 years sales or business development experience
- Digital-savvy, open-minded with strong resilience
- Experience in managing relationships with international customers across various regions and cultures
- Ability to negotiate effectively, and proactively handle and respond to customer objections
- Strong interpersonal, communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm
- Experience with MS Office & Salesforce CRM desirable
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Occasional travel is required
