Responsibilities:
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident care
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
- Help create a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.
Skills Required
- Registered Medication Aide (RMA) qualification
- Ability to administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with state regulations and physician orders
- Ability to assist residents with activities of daily living
