Over-moulding Process Engineer

Champion the molding process flow design and development, equipment specification and cost assessment, create layout, analysis capacity etc主导包塑工艺流程设计与开发、设备规范确定及成本评估，制定布局规划、分析产能等. Develop and co-ordinate plant and equipment layout improvements, moulding process improvements, die change and first off improvements制定并协调工厂及设备布局改进、包塑工艺改进、换模及首件改进工作. Co-ordinate and follow up on the smooth introduction of new molding product to the company assist in selecting appropriate suppliers for subcontracted operations协调并跟进新产品顺利引入公司，协助为外包业务选择合适的供应商. Advise Management of any potential problems and opportunities for improvement就任何潜在问题及改进机会向管理层提供建议. Work in compliance with ISO 14001 / TS16949 standards遵守 ISO 14001/TS16949 标准开展工作. Participates in the engineering change (DPCRF) process by designing / updating Process Failure Mode Effects Analyses (PFMEAs) as needed, reviewing all operators instructions, ensuring assembly equipment readiness, packaging requirements are met, and all other Manufacturing Engineering tasks are completed on the ECN Checklist before the change effective date参与工程变更（DPCRF）流程，根据需要设计 / 更新过程失效模式及影响分析（PFMEA），审核操作指导书，确保装配设备就绪、包装要求得到满足，且在变更生效日期前，完成 ECN 清单上所有其他制造工程任务. Manages and follows up on all new program machine, over-molding testing (internal &

external) 管理并跟进所有新项目的机器、包塑模具测试（内部及外部）.

Develop and follow up over-moulding die开发和跟踪包塑模具. Responsible for specification and sourcing of machine contracts for program负责包塑项目的机器合同规格确定及采购. After equipment installation debugging, training operator and maintenance personnel设备安装调试后，培训操作员及维护人员. Control process change and relevant documents of update控制工艺变更及相关文件的更新. Adopt, practice, support and encourage KAIZEN and GEAR activities采纳、实践、支持并鼓励持续改进（KAIZEN）及 GEAR 活动. Work in a safe and efficient manner以安全高效的方式开展工作. Assist in developing and maintaining standard costs for all products协助制定并维护所有产品的标准成本. Perform other duties arranged by department manager完成部门经理安排的其他工作.
