Support design and delivery of SAP reporting and analytics (S/4HANA, SAC, BDC), establish data governance, enable AI-assisted analytics (SAP Joule), translate financial data into dashboards and insights, and participate in SAP/data project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Lead and manage Phase 2 & 3 Workday implementations and ongoing HRIS maintenance. Provide hands-on functional and technical Workday expertise, coordinate integrations, oversee configuration, testing, deployments, change management, training, and stakeholder reporting to ensure adoption and compliance.

Responsibilities include requirements capture, schematic capture, simulations (SPICE), derating/DFMEA/WCCA analyses, PCB guidelines, commissioning, verification/validation (including EMC/environmental), documentation, and collaboration with manufacturing/CEM partners for DFM and cost-down.

Lead and mentor a team of Program Managers to deliver automotive programs from award through production and end-of-life. Ensure on-time, on-budget execution, monitor KPIs, manage risks and scope changes, drive cross-functional issue resolution, oversee financial performance, and standardize program management processes to improve launch and operational outcomes.

Manage programs from prototype through production and customer launch, coordinate engineering changes, ensure manufacturing and quality compliance, lead cross-functional communication, support tooling/process development, prepare quotes and cost-saving proposals, and maintain program documentation and schedules.

Lead design and development of over‑moulding processes, equipment specification and supplier selection. Drive plant/layout improvements, PFMEA and engineering change processes (DPCRF/ECN). Support production floor, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, reduce costs/downtime, train staff, manage die testing and equipment procurement, and promote continuous improvement (KAIZEN/GEAR) while ensuring ISO14001/TS16949 compliance.

Support and maintain the quality system, liaison with manufacturing/engineering, lead APQP/PPAP and customer problem-solving, perform FMEAs, control plans, capability studies (Cp/Cpk) using Minitab, manage nonconforming material, participate in audits, and train personnel to ensure product and process quality.

Manage programs from prototype through production and customer launch, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee engineering changes, ensure manufacturing and quality compliance, support launches, prepare quotes and cost-savings proposals, track program metrics, and maintain customer liaison and documentation.

Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production equipment and plant systems. Execute preventive maintenance, document equipment changes (MVP), weld (MIG/TIG/stick), support multiple shifts, recommend efficiency improvements, and ensure safe working conditions while participating in training and downtime reduction.

Serve as the primary technical sales interface for Multimatic, leading commercial discussions, quote proposals, and new business pursuits. Collaborate with global manufacturing and engineering teams, attend customer meetings, develop technical review presentations, and drive strategic initiatives to improve profitability and project execution for automotive suspension and related systems.

Support development, integration, calibration, validation, and deployment of automotive electronic control systems. Perform vehicle commissioning, data analysis, testing (vehicle, bench, HIL/SIL/MIL), troubleshooting, customer support, and produce engineering reports to improve product performance and processes.

Designs, specifies, purchases, launches and supports production equipment and tooling. Troubleshoots daily plant issues, performs root cause analysis, creates CAD drawings and process documentation, manages ECN/ECR actions, implements cost-reduction improvements, and maintains plant layout and drawing databases to support high-volume manufacturing.

Hands-on configuration, extension, and maintenance of Siemens Teamcenter Active Workspace and backend Teamcenter (BMIDE). Implement and test data model changes, manage deployments, edit XRT stylesheets, document run books, and collaborate with engineers to ensure stable, maintainable PLM workflows.

Support and maintain the quality system across manufacturing: lead APQP/PPAP, FMEA, control plans, SPC and capability studies (Cp/Cpk). Serve as technical liaison for engineering, manufacturing, sales and customers, manage customer complaints and audits, train staff, support non-conforming material disposition, and drive corrective actions to ensure product conformity and continuous improvement.

Lead the finance workstream for S/4HANA implementation and stabilization, design reporting and data models, drive AI/automation and Power BI/Fabric reporting, coordinate UAT and adoption, strengthen controls, and deliver scalable finance reporting and integrations across systems.

Design, source, and launch tooling, fixtures, and equipment; support tool-room personnel and vendors; estimate and manage tooling engineering changes; coordinate with program management, manufacturing, quality, and finance; implement process controls (Poka Yoke, SPC); provide technical support for product development; ensure compliance with IATF, OHSA, and ISO 14001; pursue cost savings and supplier sourcing improvements.

Design and develop automotive structures and suspension components from concept to production. Create 3D CAD models and GD&T drawings, support DFM/DFA and VA/VE, validate designs via CAE and testing, analyze test results, support prototype builds and launches, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and customers to meet performance, cost, and manufacturability targets.

Support planning and execution of automotive test programs. Set up and calibrate instrumentation, design test fixtures, run durability/performance/NVH tests, analyze data, document results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fixed day/evening/weekend shifts; on-site in Markham.
