Job DescriptionWe’re looking for an Outsourcing Project Manager to join our team in the Tallinn office, to lead and manage projects for the KYC Vendor Management and Outsourcing teams. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and execute projects of varying complexity, and drive changes with our outsourced partners, further impacting our Wise mission.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Executing Global Projects - Lead and execute projects which positively impact metrics and targets, while managing project timelines, and adapting to unexpected challenges.
Service Optimization - Participate in Operational taskforces and own cross-functional projects which involve stakeholders from Ops, Vendor teams, VM team, and SSE Teams.
Change Management - Manage and communicate changes resulting from process improvements, communicating this adequately to both the VM team and outsourced teams.
Working with data & reporting - Works with the Reporting team and analysts on outsourcing specific metrics as well as agent performance data to support the vendor managers.
Tools & Documentation - Maintain a general understanding of the technical aspects of operational tools and processes, and create thorough and precise project pages, documenting tasks, decisions and retros.
Living the values - Live the team’s culture and set a great example by living our values on a daily basis.
You’re fully fluent in English, and you have excellent verbal and written skills
You have prior experience in working with vendor management or outsourcing.
You’ve got great people skills and you’re a great relationship builder. You can manage many stakeholders.
You’ve got strong analytical skills - you are comfortable with data, including setting and tracking KPIs
You’ve got a sharp attention to detail, focus on accuracy, and are independent in your work. You enjoy owning your work and leading projects.
You’re focused on the outcome for the customers, the team, and the company.
You’ve got a strong aptitude for learning new skills and you’re proactive in up-skilling yourself
You have a vision, and you know how to turn that into an effective long term strategy.
What’s it like to work in the team
We have a small but very impactful team. We collaborate with many different stakeholders, and may occasionally struggle with pulling a number of projects simultaneously. Sometimes our days are longer and more stressful, sometimes our days are shorter and more relaxed. It’s up to you to hold a healthy balance.
We are all working on an agreement of honesty - we do what we promise, ask help when it’s needed, help others if help is asked. Every member of the team is crucial and has an effect on the rest of the team.

Salary: 3,400 EUR for Tallinn

Employees engage in a combination of remote and on-site work.
We expect new joiners in the office most days to build connections and learn from colleagues for their first six months. After that, most Wisers split their working week between the office and home, typically coming in at least 12 times a month.
