Massiv Die-Form, a division of Magna International, designs and builds medium to large cast automotive and hot stamping dies. Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure APQP activities are maintained weekly and available for management review.
- Plan and manage projects to meet customer timelines, including engineering changes and cross-functional communication.
- Communicate program milestones, key dates, and project status updates to all stakeholders.
- Provide full lifecycle ("cradle-to-grave") program support, including commissioning and customer liaison activities.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, timelines, FMEAs, BOMs, feasibility studies, budgets, buy-offs, and process evaluations.
- Develop costing sheets, customer quotations, budgets, and program management plans.
- Provide technical support for product development, FEA simulations, tooling reviews, quotation studies, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with engineering, program management, and plant teams to ensure on-time delivery, tooling buy-offs, commissioning, documentation, and quality standards are achieved.
- Lead weekly program meetings, monitor progress, and communicate risks or schedule changes to management.
- Participate in tooling tryouts and buy-offs at supplier and customer facilities.
- Track, resolve, and communicate customer and project issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain effective communication across cross-functional teams and departments.
- Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives, including tracking and reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
- Regular travel local and/or international required
- Day Shift with flexibility on hours based on customer requirements. Overtime required at times
- Office and plant floor environment

Qualifications:
- Post-secondary training tooling or engineering with minimum 7 yrs relevant work experience in die build manufacturing and program management
- Finance basics – understanding of basic financial reports, understands cost impacts at business level, VAVE
- Quotation, Customer Focus, Design Planning Procedures (QOS), or any other ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 training
- Basic Catia, Unigraphics, SMIRT – able to read and understand
- FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, GD&T, knowledgeable in any other customer specific buy-off requirements FLD & Simulation Training

Skills Required
- Post-secondary training in tooling or engineering
