About the Role:As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting pre-qualified homeowners in their homes and presenting solutions that fit their vision. This role is ideal for candidates with proven in-home sales experience and a strong track record of closing deals. You’ll use cutting-edge technology to design and sell high-quality bath and home improvement products.
Your Responsibilities:Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
Deliver pricing and close sales consistently on every appointment
Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your closing and presentation skills
Design customized solutions for homeowners using our intuitive software
Build relationships while driving results in a competitive, performance-based environment
Proven experience in in-home sales (roofing, windows, bath, or similar industries)
Track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Confidence and poise in presentations and public speaking
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Independent worker who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Outgoing, articulate, and personable personality
This is a 1099, commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is determined by your performance and experience, ideal for a motivated closer who wants a flexible schedule and high earning potential.
