What You'll Do
As an Aftermarket Sales Associate, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Follow up with customers to identify parts and service needs
- Support experienced sales team members and assist with customer coverage
- Learn our products, services, and aftermarket business
- Identify opportunities to grow parts and service sales
- Help solve customer problems and provide excellent customer service
- Develop new customer relationships within your assigned territory
- Visit customer locations and learn firsthand how our solutions support their operations
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with customers
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs
- Interested in building a long-term career in sales
- In possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Sales experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and desire to grow.
Compensation & Growth
- $55,000 - $60,000 annual base salary (based on experience)
- Company vehicle provided once customer visits begin
