Join a compassionate, collaborative team dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals living with Substance Use Disorders. ChristianaCare's Outpatient Addiction Services is seeking a NP or PA to provide high-quality, evidence-based care across our Wilmington and Newark campuses.
In this rewarding role, you will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing medication management to support patients throughout their recovery journey. You'll work alongside experienced therapists, care coordinators, and office staff in a multidisciplinary environment that values teamwork, innovation, and patient-centered care.
Schedule:
Hybrid position
Three days onsite | Two days virtual
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
No evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts.
Duties:
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up assessments.
Provide medication management and ongoing treatment for individuals with Substance Use Disorders.
Collaborate closely with therapists and support staff to coordinate individualized care.
Support patients enrolled in our outpatient treatment programs, including Project Recovery to achieve recovery.
Foster long-term recovery through compassionate, evidence-based clinical care.

Requirements:
Licensed or eligible for Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Delaware
Psych NP certification required
BLS certification
Behavioral Health experience required
Experience as a provider preferred
Annual Compensation Range $122,114.00 - $157,121.00This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
