We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to lead a distributed team of SDRs focused on outbound prospecting into the US and UK markets. This team includes five SDRs (2 UK-based, 2 Athens-based, and 1 US-based).
This role combines classic SDR leadership - coaching, activity management, and pipeline creation - with modern prospecting optimization using AI-powered outbound tools. You’ll manage campaign setup, oversee messaging quality, and ensure the outbound function is generating high-quality opportunities for our AEs.
Some flexibility in working hours will be required to support your global team effectively.
Responsibilities
As an Outbound SDR Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of SDRs prospecting into the US and UK markets.
- Oversee the creation of a consistent, high quality pipeline of sales opportunities generated through outbound prospecting.
- Conduct weekly 1:1s, call coaching, and QA reviews to improve messaging and conversion rates.
- Oversee campaign setup and optimization within our AI SDR platform — managing email, LinkedIn, and sequence performance.
- Monitor outbound performance metrics (activities, response rates, pipeline generated) and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine target personas, messaging, and segmentation.
- Maintain alignment between SDRs and AEs for handover quality and feedback loops.
- Support team scheduling and coverage across multiple time zones.
- Foster a positive, accountable culture that emphasizes learning, experimentation, and results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role as an Outbound SDR Team Leader, you should have:
- Experience leading an SDR or BDR team in a SaaS or technology business, preferably across multiple regions.
- Deep understanding of outbound prospecting workflows, including cadence design, messaging, and qualification.
- Familiarity with AI-powered or automated outbound tools (such as Outreach, Apollo, Gong Engage) and strong analytical skills to monitor performance.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills; able to motivate and develop remote teams.
- Strong time management and flexibility to support both UK and US-based reps.
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable working in Salesforce and related systems.
