We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to join our sales team. As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers in the US, scheduling appointments with potential clients, providing them with information about our services, and ensuring that our sales team has a steady stream of qualified leads.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in outbound sales, excellent communication skills, and most importantly, a sales drive.

Business language: English (no Swedish required)
Position type: On-site, full-time (Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through research and effective questioning techniques
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments with our sales team
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, track all interactions with leads, and keep the records updated in our CRM system
  • Provide product or service information to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through excellent communication skills
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs, achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Attend international events and industry conferences on behalf of the company to get quality leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads and appointments
  • Support a WLA preferred partnership program and referral program
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products and differentiate our offerings

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in outbound sales
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and overcoming objections
  • Exceptional self-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel in the US and Europe
  • Experience working in the US market is a plus
  • Experience in consultancy, sales, or SaaS is a plus
