Overview

White Label Agency (WLA) provides white label WordPress development services to digital agencies, mainly located in the US.
Our team has produced over 5,000 WordPress builds to date and has grown from a team of one developer in 2013 to our current size of 150+ WordPress Professionals. 

We are seeking an Account Manager who will work from our Lidköping office and will play a pivotal role in managing and fostering client relationships primarily in the United States, while also engaging with clients from countries like the United Kingdom, Sweden, the Benelux region, and even Asia.

As an Account Manager, you will act as the main contact person between clients and WLA internal teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly, deadlines are met, and expectations are clearly communicated. 

Additionally, you will support company revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities, presenting value-driven proposals, and ensuring timely follow-ups and closures. 

Business language: English (no Swedish required)
Position type: On-site, full-time (Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact between WLA and your assigned clients, advocating for their needs internally
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on clear communication, trust and reliability
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding meetings with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Manage full project lifecycles, from kickoff to delivery, including timelines, budgets, and resource coordination and ensure the timely and clear project delivery
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables, proactively resolving any issues
  • Identify and act on upselling opportunities and contract renewals within your client base
  • Prepare and present quotes that align with client goals and promote WLA services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and communication
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, including upsell pipelines and client activity
  • Collect client feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of WLA services and client retention growth
  • Stay up to date on competitor offerings and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience in sales, customer support, hospitality, IT or related fields
  • Full professional efficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, client-first mindset

Plus to have

  • Experience working with marketing & digital agencies or WordPress development companies 
  • Experience with the US market
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems
