Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) projects and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
- Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, reporting structures, and executive communications.
- Manage geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Drive collaboration between business, technology, operations, Oracle partners, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive-level status reviews.
- Own project budgets, forecasts, cost optimization initiatives, and financial reporting.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ensure successful implementation, integration, enhancement, or migration of Oracle Transportation Management solutions.
- Track project health, resource allocation, deliverables, and governance compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of project and program management experience.
- Hands-on experience managing Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementations is mandatory.
- Proven experience leading OTM deployment, upgrade, migration, integration, or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, supply chain, and freight management processes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ resources across multiple geographies.
- Expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and resource planning.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and steering committees.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and/or Scrum certifications.
- Experience working with Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.
- Experience leading digital transformation, cloud migration, AI, or enterprise application modernization programs.
