Medicasa, leader nazionale nell'Assistenza Domiciliare Integrata (ADI), ricerca Operatori Socio Sanitari (OSS) qualificati/e per l'assistenza domiciliare ai propri pazienti nell'area di Milano città e nei comuni dell'hinterland.
Assistenza Quotidiana: Fornire supporto diretto nelle attività di igiene personale, vestizione, mobilizzazione (alzate, trasferimenti) e alimentazione del paziente
Supporto Funzionale: Contribuire al mantenimento dell'autonomia residua del paziente e monitorare i suoi bisogni primari
Collaborazione di Team: Lavorare in stretta sinergia con l'équipe multidisciplinare domiciliare (Infermieri, Fisioterapisti, Medici) per garantire la corretta attuazione del Piano di Assistenza Individuale (PAI).
Ambiente Sicuro: Assicurare un ambiente domestico confortevole e sicuro, segnalando tempestivamente al personale sanitario qualsiasi variazione nello stato di salute del paziente.
