Join us at Waratah OSHClub, as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! 

This permanent, part-time role offers 33 hours per week, including 5 non-contact admin hours, and provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills. With ongoing training, mentorship, and dedicated support, we’ll ensure you’re equipped to thrive in a leadership role. 

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 

  • 6:30-9:00am (Rise then Shine) 
  • 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play) 

About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: 

  • You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. 
  • You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. 
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.

Qualifications

If you have a passion for supporting children, we’d love to hear from you! Here’s what we’re looking for: 

  •  A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow. 
  • Strong communication skills—you’ll be leading by example! 
  • A team player who inspires others and encourages growth. 
  • You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. 
  • Australian work rights. 
  • A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA. 
  • National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
