Job DescriptionJoin us at Donvale Christian College as an OSHC Coordinator and lead a team of passionate Educators while making a real impact on the lives of children! This permanent, part-time role offers 22.5 hours per week, including 5 non-contact paid admin hours. You’ll work the Stay and Play shifts, Monday to Friday: 2:30-6:00pm (Stay and Play).
There is also the opportunity to pick up casual shifts in the mornings and also lead our school holiday programs.

About the role
As an OSHClub Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership:
- You’ll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program, filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
- You’ll take full ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
- With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you’ll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact.
- A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
