Every day, you'll create safe, inclusive spaces where children can learn, play, and thrive before and after school.

Permanent Part-Time $39–$45/hr + Super + Allowances 

 

🕒 Rostered Hours

🌅 Morning: 7:00 am – 9:00 am
🌇 Afternoon: 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm
🗂️ Plus: 2 hours of admin time per week

Job Description

Duties

  • Lead & Develop Your Team – Mentor, support, and inspire your team of Educators
     
  • Deliver Outstanding Programs – Plan and deliver engaging, child-led, and age appropriate activities
     
  • Build Strong Community Connections – Develop trusted relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider MACSEYE team.
     
  • Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain high standards across programming, administration, documentation, and regulatory compliance to keep your service running smoothly.

Qualifications

Skills and Experience

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised) - Completed or In Progress
  • Experience in childcare, OSHC, or early childhood settings
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Strong communication and a collaborative, team-focused approach
  • Australian work rights
