Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting Hotelbeds business functions by managing high-volume data entry processes with accuracy and efficiency. The position focuses on the creation, upload, and ongoing maintenance of hotel contracts, supplier information, and content data, ensuring all systems are updated, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-volume, accurate data entry across multiple internal systems.
  • Ensure timely processing of hotel contracts, supplier details, and content updates.
  • Create, upload, and maintain hotel contract data, including rates, availability, and terms.
  • Validate contract information for completeness and accuracy before system entry.
  • Maintain and update supplier information, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Manage hotel content data, including descriptions, images, and key attributes.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct data discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data standards and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Contracting, Product, Sales, etc.) to resolve data issues.
  • Respond to internal requests related to data updates and system queries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data entry workflows and efficiency.
  • Support automation and standardization initiatives where possible.

Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry, administration, or operations roles (preferably high-volume environments).
  • Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data management tools.
  • Experience working with internal systems or databases (CRM, ERP, or similar).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
  • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or bedbank industry is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and processes.
