We are looking for a professional, energetic, and patient-focused Orthodontic Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding care.

What You'll DoAs an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll work alongside our doctors and clinical team to create an outstanding patient experience by:
- Assisting the orthodontist during clinical procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments
- Taking digital radiographs, photographs, and impressions/scans
- Assisting with bonding, debonding, wire changes, bracket placement, and appliance adjustments
- Providing patients with oral hygiene and appliance care instructions
- Sterilizing instruments and maintaining OSHA and infection control standards
- Ensuring operatories are fully stocked and organized
- Creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family
- Working collaboratively with the front office and clinical teams to keep the schedule running efficiently
- Orthodontic experience
- Dental Assistant certification preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished appearance
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Coachable with a desire to continue learning and growing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
This is a full-time position.
Compensation- Depending on experience and qualifications.
