We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth across our Removals division in Greece.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Corporate clients and HR / mobility teams, Hospitality sector (hotels, refurbishments, new developments), Real estate agents and developers, Architects and interior designers
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert opportunities into profitable business
- Promote our full service offering: Domestic & international removals: Office moves, Storage, FF&E logistics (where applicable)
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Work closely with operations to ensure commercially sound and operationally feasible solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the Greek market
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development and achieving commercial targets
- Established network within hospitality, real estate, or corporate sectors will be considered a strong advantage
- Experience in removals is a plus
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in business development / sales.
