Designs and costs warehouse solutions for prospective customers, supports warehouse establishment and new-client implementations, and coordinates large-scale logistics projects. The role monitors quality and productivity KPIs, collaborates with warehouse managers to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and participates in continuous improvement and organizational integration initiatives.

Plans and coordinates daily household removals, including jobs, routes, crews, vehicles, equipment, and operational resources. Maintains schedules and ERP records, coordinates drivers and teams, responds to delays and disruptions, supports project costing, tracks personnel and vehicle documentation, manages materials and subcontractor invoices, records incidents, and assists with transport-office administration and process improvement.

Supports group financial reporting by maintaining IFRS-compliant accounting records, preparing reporting files, reviewing trial balances, reconciling accounting systems, resolving discrepancies, assisting with consolidated financial statements, and ensuring compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.

Supports daily treasury and cash management activities, including bank transaction monitoring, reconciliations, cash flow tracking, accounts receivable follow-up, collections, credit checks, and payment issue resolution. Maintains accurate financial records, assists with treasury and credit risk procedures, and prepares management reports on cash balances, reconciliations, receivables, collections, and credit activity.

Supports daily accounting operations by maintaining financial records, processing invoices, payments, and receipts, performing bank and account reconciliations, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, assisting with monthly closing and reporting, handling billing communications, organizing financial records, and providing administrative support to the Finance Team.
