Plan and cost warehouse solutions, support warehouse implementation and client integrations, coordinate cross-department project tasks, create and monitor quality and productivity KPIs, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Insurance Department: issue and monitor insurance certificates, support claims administration and renewals, liaise with insurers/brokers/internal stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements to increase departmental efficiency.

Support end-to-end payroll operations ensuring accurate, timely compensation and compliance. Review timesheets, maintain employee records, handle Ergani II transactions, assist onboarding/offboarding, prepare payroll and labor cost reports, and respond to payroll inquiries.

Prepare timely financial reports, build and maintain budgeting and forecasting models, analyze performance and KPIs, provide strategic insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and identify process improvements to support decision-making.

Support daily administrative and operational activities of the biogas plant, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing documentation, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders, and preparing operational and regulatory reports to maintain uninterrupted plant operation.

Support and maintain quality, food safety and regulatory compliance programs (HACCP, audits, corrective actions). Coordinate cleaning, pest control, equipment calibration, documentation, and internal audits. Collaborate with departments to resolve quality issues and update procedures.

Manage customer credit accounts, perform credit checks, monitor and collect outstanding receivables, negotiate repayment terms, build client relationships, and prepare receivables and credit performance reports to support cash flow.
