Greenvolt is seeking a skilled Origination Manager to be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and securing land suitable for solar PV and battery energy storage projects. This includes collecting land information, conducting on-site inspections, and managing negotiations and contractual processes with landowners and relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect information on land suitable for installing solar power plants and grid-connected batteries.
- Land inspection.
- Negotiations, contracts, etc.
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Japanese: Native level.
- Strong execution capability with attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and analyze multi-source information.
- Effective internal and external coordination skills.
- High level of accountability and reliability.
- Flexibility and problem-solving attitude in a dynamic environment.
- Time Management
