Credence has an immediate need for an Organizational/Training Specialist at the senior level to support our C2ISR Division requires infrastructure/enterprise support that overseas assists and advises the Division on a wide array of functions and tasks that support successful LCM to reach mission performance goals. The infrastructure/enterprise support defined in this PWS enables the C2ISR Division to execute LCM tasks that are on budget, on schedule, and meet performance requirements with minimal or no risk to mission success. The infrastructure/enterprise support works directly with the Division and Branch leadership to ensure business processes successfully executed and adhered to, that Division programs are compliant with law, regulation, and policy, and that program data is properly defined, documented, and utilized to meet mission needs.
The A&AS Contractor supporting this program ensure consistency in Division policy, serve as Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure programs are meeting law, regulation, and policy directives, and ensure the successful execution of both Acquisition personnel shall provide contracting, financial/cost management, QA assistance, program integration, facility management, security program administration, administrative, clerical and management assistance, and logistics management A&AS as required by the Government.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the duties listed below
- Provide support and assistance in the management and operations of program related organizational and training tasks for the Division as well as serve as the alternate Division awards monitor and/or alternate Division suspense monitor.
- Build monthly training reports and send training notifications to all customers,
- Be the single Division POC to answer all questions related to training, training requirements, training systems, where/when/how to take training, who is required to take what type of training, and to follow up to ensure training is completed
- Coordinate with senior leadership, as needed, to ensure timely completion of training
- Schedule C2ISR personnel for training in aforementioned systems, as required
- Brief new personnel on training requirements and certification, to include the use and creation of individual Career Field Education and Training Plans
- Provide C2ISR Division monthly status on Continuous Learning Points
- Attend local 78 ABW training managers meetings on an as held basis and provide updates to C2ISR Division personnel and leadership.
- Attend and provide mandatory training for AF initiatives outside of computer-based training like Green Dot, Sexual Assault and Suicide Face-to-Face training
- Plan, administer and evaluate C2ISR Division/Branch recurring, career progression, and professional development training programs
- Train new personnel on how to register in various training systems
Requirements
Education, Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have an active or current Secret security clearance verifiable in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in DoD acquisition.
- Or bachelor’s degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in DoD acquisition.
- Or fifteen (15) years of direct experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in DoD acquisition.
Required Experience and Skills:
- An in-depth knowledge of Air Force Training web-based systems will be necessary to complete daily job duties, to include AF Distance Learning System, Training Scheduling System, Education Training Management System, Civilian Human Resource Intelligence System, Financial Management Disclosure, AcqNow, LCMP, SharePoint, and DAU
- Experience using DoW/DoD, AF, Robins AFB, and DAU training systems is required.

Skills Required
