Job Description- Administrates organizational master data globally
- Trains administration of organizational management within HR systems internationally, including preparation, execution and documentation of trainings
- Acts as first level support in case of questions regarding organizational master data administration
- Analyzes quality of organizational master data and coordinates correction
- Prepares organizational changes by collecting and preparing related organizational and employee data, presentation slides, ...
- Coordinates implementation of organizational changes, mainly with IT and local HR teams
- Participates in global projects on organizational development and organizational master data
- University Degree
- First experience in reporting, data analysis, or HR is considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP; knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and well-organized working style
- Strong analytical mindset with an affinity for working with data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
- Reliable team player with strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work in an operational HR Analytics environment
