PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To provide a variety of marketing and branding strategy options in order to create and maintain a clear, defined marketing approach to management to support the needs of our clients.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE
- Creates unique, strategic marketing collateral to meet the needs of a variety of clients.
- Responsible for design and marketing support for strategic marketing plans, working with in-house and outside resources to create high-impact materials programs to acquire and retain Sedgwick Pooling customers across all lines of business.
- Responsible for creating and developing content developed for Sedgwick services and/or Pooling clients.
- Leads strategic marketing campaigns with a variety of digital promotions, which may include branding, email blasts/newsletters, webinars, flyers, promotions, marketing campaigns, and website optimization.
- Strategizes with management to analyze effective marketing campaigns through the use of data analytics with the ability to pivot toward optimization for further engagement.
- Edits and proofreads marketing collateral.
- Conducts research, analysis, logistics, and overall coordination of projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all aspects of the business and ancillary services such as alternative risk to support national marketing programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Concentration in marketing or communications preferred.
Experience: Six (6) years of experience in marketing or corporate communications or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

- Excellent oral and written communications, including presentation skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Familiar with Web Content Management similar to WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace

As required by law, Sedgwick provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in jurisdictions requiring pay transparency in job postings. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and cost of specific location. For the jurisdiction noted in this job posting only, the range of starting pay for this role is $58,331.00 - $81,644.00 USD annual salary. A comprehensive benefits package is offered including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, 401k and matching, PTO, disability and life insurance, employee assistance, flexible spending or health savings account, and other additional voluntary benefits.
