Qualifications
- Mininmum 5 years of experience in performance management, talent management, career management, employee experience design, and organizational development,
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across stakeholders,
- Results‑oriented, with the agility to adapt quickly to changing priorities,
- Analytical mindset and a systematic approach to process improvement,
- Strong presentation and documentation abilities,
- Team‑oriented, with the ability to lead and govern when required,
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
