The Organizational Change Manager oversees the change management methodology, tools, and services needed to support the successful rollout of corporate strategies and plans. This individual will be instrumental in leading change throughout the organization, while taking into the account the change and impact to both the business and its employees. This role will consult with organizational leaders throughout Nordic to support a wide variety of change initiatives along with high-priority strategic plans and goals.
The Organizational Change Manager will be part of the Enterprise Business Office under the Office of the Chief Operating Officer. The Enterprise Business Office is responsible for overseeing processes across the organization including different geographies, divisions, business lines, and service line.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead business and operational change efforts to align people, processes, and technology across the business and service lines—as well as across corporate functions.
- Identify, evaluate, create, and drive change assessments and associated interventions based on the need for change and adoption/resistance to the change.
- Partner with and influence high-level leaders to develop and execute plans to support business and organizational changes.
- Collaborate with internal team members to support and respond to changes as strategic initiatives are implemented.
- Develop and lead change management workshops across many different audience types, from individual contributors through senior leaders.
- Lead stakeholder interviews, facilitate discovery sessions, and review/present findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective communication plans and employee support strategies.
- Review, update, and manage Nordic’s organizational change management (OCM) framework, training, and templates for internal and external consumption.
- Develop and deliver training strategies and materials to support change management.
- Collect and analyze change-related performance data before, during and after changes have been implemented to measure progress and determine next steps.
- Partner with leaders to define and implement an employee experience that will make the right talent join, stay, and deliver their best performance with the Nordic team.
- Develop dashboards, presentations, reports, etc. for various stakeholders to facilitate discussions pertaining to the lifecycle of change management.
- Assist in continuous refinement, communications, and change management activities based on delivery performance, outcomes, and feedback both internally and externally.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams while building strong relationships.
- Additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
- Five (5) plus years managing organizational change principles/methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, etc).
- Five (5) plus years of stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and change readiness.
- Change Management certification a plus.
- Change management experience within IT or Healthcare business and operations a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully communicating to and influencing senior leadership based on facts and data to support changes within the organization.
- Proven experience planning and executing change around people, processes, and technology and understanding potential impact (cause and effect).
- Demonstrated ability establishing and executing plans while managing risks, issues, actions, and escalations.
- Effectively build relationships to partner and collaborate across internal and external teams.
- Strong communication skills (English verbal and written).
- Strong MS Office or O365 skills and experience.
- Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s Maxims.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Ability to travel 25% or more.
