Job Description:
The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist supports the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) Office by managing the operational systems, content, and processes that enable consistent, high-quality change management delivery across the enterprise. This role is responsible for keeping ECM resources, platforms, data, and communications current, organized, and effective.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Support the development, maintenance, and distribution of ECM plans, deliverables, and resources across active initiatives and ongoing function operations
- Support the development and delivery of training materials in multiple modalities, including e-learning and in-person
- Develop and distribute ECM communications in multiple formats including the ECM newsletter, emails, talking points, and slide decks; own and maintain the ECM SharePoint site, ensuring content is current, organized, and accessible
- Track and update data in the enterprise change portfolio, maintaining accurate records of initiative status, readiness assessments, and program metrics
- Support stakeholder and change impact assessments through continuous identification of and communication with impacted groups across ECM initiatives and programs
- Support the development and implementation of Change Champion networks
- Collect and analyze data to measure change management effectiveness
- Collaborate with enterprise teams to integrate change management activities into enterprise-level program planning
- Manage attendance tracking and curriculum updates in Workday Learning; coordinate training sessions and workshops for impacted team members
- Document lessons learned and best practices for future initiatives

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field

- Familiarity with large, matrixed enterprise environments and cross-functional operating models
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint (site management), Forms, and Teams; experience with or ability to learn Workday Learning for curriculum and attendance management

Work is typically performed in a standard office setting.
Position Type:
This is a regular, full-time position with the understanding that a regular workweek will require extended days and hours as needed to meet business needs.
Travel:
Frequent domestic and/or global travel will be required for this position.

The approximate pay range for this position is $73,121.00 - $95,000.00 per year. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
