About the role.
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Organisational Development Manager - APACSA to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting the development of a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged culture across our Asia Pacific and South Africa region.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives on designing impactful OD programs, facilitating leadership development, and driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, inclusion and belonging, and talent development. Based in Melbourne and working across both manufacturing and office environments, you'll partner closely with HR and business leaders to build capability and organisational effectiveness across the region.
What you'll be doing.
- Design and deliver programs that enhance leadership development, employee engagement, and inclusion & belonging (I&B).
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to support talent management, succession planning, and cultural transformation.
- Lead the implementation of the annual employee engagement survey, and support regional action planning with effective processes and tools.
- Develop and execute I&B/Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) strategies tailored to regional priorities.
- Use data and insights to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.
- Continuously enhance OD frameworks to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate across HR to embed scalable, people-focused solutions.
- Influence and support leaders at all levels to foster a positive and high-performing culture.
What you'll need to be successful.
- 7+ years' experience in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Talent, or related roles, with a strong track record in designing and delivering initiatives in the areas of leadership development, talent management, I&B and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated facilitation skills is essential - we're looking for someone who not only has facilitation experience but genuinely thrives in this area.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills - able to build trust and strong relationships at all levels.
- Experience working across complex and multi-country environments; regional experience beyond Australia and New Zealand (Asia Pacific or South Africa) is highly desirable.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
- A curious, creative mindset and a passion for driving meaningful cultural change.
- Formal tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, HR, Psychology, or related fields is highly desirable, but demonstrated hands-on experience and capability will be prioritised.
About the team.
This position is part of the Talent Management Team and reports to the Organisational Development Director, APACSA along with the Training Manager APACSA. The team provides an integrated and consistent approach to growth and development aligned with organisational priorities and the region's broader OD strategy.
