So, what's the job?

We're looking for an Organic Growth Manager. The scorecard is simple: if organic revenue grows, you're doing the job.

Millions of people search for exactly what we solve, and most of them never find us. You're here to close that gap.

Search is changing fast. Traditional SEO still matters, but discovery is expanding into AI Overviews, LLMs, and answer engines. The ground is shifting under the whole discipline, so we want someone who builds, tests fast, kills what doesn't work, and doesn't wait for a perfect brief to start.

You'll use AI tools and agents to operate with the output and speed of a much larger team. If your workflow looks the same as an SEO Manager’s did two years ago, this isn't the job for you. You'll work closely with agencies and internal teams, but this is an IC role and it's yours to run.

You will:

• Own organic discoverability at Guardio, end to end.
• Build SEO and GEO strategies that grow visibility across Search, AI Overviews, and LLM-powered answer engines.
• Design and run experiments, document what you learn, and scale what works.
• Set content and optimization priorities based on customer demand, business goals, and how people actually search.
• Make sure organic growth is built into major product launches and cross-functional initiatives from the start.
• Build external authority: editorial coverage, expert citations, brand mentions and high-quality backlinks. Know which of those build real trust and bring qualified visitors, and which ones just look good in a report.
• Stay ahead of search. Track algorithm updates, competitor moves, AI search developments, and shifting user behavior. Test what looks promising, double down on what pays off.
• Own the numbers. Build the measurement framework across visibility, traffic, conversion, and revenue, and know where organic growth is actually coming from.

The more of these you check, the better:

• 5+ years hands-on SEO, with real results in competitive markets.
• Hands-on with GEO, AEO, and AI search, including the judgment to tell evidence from speculation.
• Strong across technical SEO, on-page, and content, and fluent in the tools.
• A track record of growing organic revenue, with numbers you can point to.
• Experience with content strategy, expert outreach, digital PR, link acquisition, and authority building.
• Comfortable owning a revenue number when nobody is telling you how to hit it.
• Bonus points: programmatic SEO, producing content at scale with AI, or running Reddit, review platforms, and other communities where customers decide who to trust.
