About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented associate to join our team as Associate, Ordering. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert in the fulfillment process of the stock ordering process. You will be responsible for issuing and managing purchase orders, initiating the payment process, setting up dealers with Accounts Payable, and managing the receipt of MSOs past payment.

What You’ll Do

  • Purchase Order management.
  • Issue purchase orders.
  • Ensure accuracy of received dealer invoices for payment processing.
  • Manage receipt of MSO’s from dealers to ensure timely initiation of MSO process.
  • Communicate with dealers for post payment activities including requesting MSO, confirming delivery, and validating payment details.
  • Complete new dealer set up.
  • Gather required documents, including W9 and ACH banking information.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years business experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook or comparable software application.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Able to legally work in the country of hire without support from the organization.
  • Strong customer service orientation and disposition.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred.
  • Automotive/Fleet Industry experience preferred.
  • Purchasing or fulfillment experience preferred.
  • Solutions focused with strong relationship building and influencing skills.
  • An effective problem solver with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills, including Web-based applications, Mobile applications, Excel, and Word.

Compensation

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 - $64,350 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role. Element also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
