Your role at Clorox:
At The Clorox Company, we are committed to building brands that people trust and love. As an Order Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring accurate, efficient, and service-oriented management of customer purchase orders.This position is responsible for the end-to-end order management process, from order receipt through final delivery to the customer, ensuring compliance with Clorox’s corporate policies, procedures, and service standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Planning, and Transportation, as well as with external customers, to ensure efficient operations at optimal cost.
In this role, you will:
Order Management & Validation
Review, validate, and process customer purchase orders in SAP.
Ensure order accuracy, validity, and compliance with delivery requirements.
Schedule delivery appointments based on inventory availability and purchase order validity.
Reserve and allocate inventory for approved orders to ensure timely shipment.
Ensure complete and accurate delivery information (preferred delivery date, appointment time, and confirmation).
Planning & Inventory Collaboration
Partner with the Planning team to ensure inventory availability and prevent order cancellations.
Monitor inventory availability daily using the Daily SKU report.
Coordinate and participate in Daily SKU review meetings.
Customer & Delivery Coordination
Negotiate delivery dates and conditions directly with customers when required.
Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure on-time and in-full receipt of merchandise.
Approve demurrage charges and/or returns in accordance with established guidelines.
Rejected Merchandise Management
Generate rejection codes to enable re-entry of rejected merchandise into the warehouse.
Receive and manage incident notifications from transportation providers.
KPIs & Service Level Management
Track and manage key performance indicators related to order fulfillment and customer service.
Ensure high service levels across metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Case Fill Rate (CFR), TLU, and order rejections.
Maintain and update service level reports and the monthly scorecard.

What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Order Management and Customer Service (must-have), preferably managing wholesale and/or modern trade customers within the FMCG industry.
Strong hands-on experience using SAP.
Advanced level of MS Excel (must be able to generate functions such as pivot tables, Vlookup, etc.).
Knowledge of Power BI.
Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills with a strong results-driven mindset.
Intermediate level of English (reading, writing, and conversational).
