XYLEM is looking for a new colleague for the following position:
Order Management Specialist
TASKS
- Create order confirmations in the ERP system and send them to customers (via Salesforce)
- Maintain daily contact with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Handle customer inquiries and modification requests
- Handle customer claims (e.g. missing or damaged goods, delivery delays, returns)
- Collaborate daily with Sales Application Engineers/ Logistics associates/Invoicing associates/Finance department/Area Sales Managers
- Create and send purchase orders to suppliers
- Enter new customers and new items into the ERP system
REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of French language is a must
- Strong IT skills, especially in MS Office (Salesforce, iScala is an advantage)
- Experience in Customer Service
- Customer-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Supportive attitude with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Sense of ownership and responsibility for end-to-end processes
- Experience working in an international/multicultural environment
