We are now looking for an Order Management Specialist, French Speaker to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do
Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery and billing processes
Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders
Support the implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working
Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow in compliance with organizational policies and service offering
Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data
Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
Support continuous improvement of work processes
Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes
Who you are
You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years of business experience in customer service or order processing
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Other European languages will be considered an asset
You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP, Salesforce)
You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
You are a team player and a good networker
You provide a solution-oriented and customer focused mindset
You are interested in working in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
