Responsibilities:
o Order processing
Review customer orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Enter orders in accordance with company policy and customer requirements
Provide customer service to distribution and reseller partners
Manage order flow through fulfillment and invoicing
o Cross functional coordination with warehouse, manufacturing, sales, and finance teams.
o Provide a point of contact for customer inquiries.
o Process return request (RMAs) and customer credits
o Maintain documentation of Order Management processes
Skill Requirements:
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Proficiency in using ERP order processing systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, and other relevant teams
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance
• Time management and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure; self-managing
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years experience; or equivalent work experience preferred.
