Job Description
CyberArk is looking for a Finance intern to assist the Order Management team with their day-to-day tasks related to customer subscription purchases and maintenance renewals.
Responsibilities:
- Using Salesforce to review incoming orders
- Using NetSuite/Zones to prepare and send invoices
- Using customer portals (ARIBA/COUPA) to upload invoices
- Review of maintenance renewal calculations and upload to shared file (PO file)
- Prepare supporting documentation for internal controls, audit, and tax requests as needed
- Maintain and upload data to Avalara’s Cert Capture to comply with US Sales tax rules
- Maintain consistent, prompt, and accurate service levels with the with the Order Management and Revenue teams to promote total customer satisfaction
- Perform other duties and projects related to role as assigned

Qualifications
- Junior or Senior working toward bachelor’s degree. Business major preferred but not necessary
- Proficient or knowledge with accounting software, NetSuite
- Proficient or knowledge with CRM, Salesforce
- Experience with MS Excel required (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Formulas)
- Strong written and verbal communication a must
- Ability to recognize and resolve discrepancies timely
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles is a plus
