Job Description
We're looking for an Order Management Intern to join the General Business Services team to support sales representatives and channel partners. In this role you will support:
Order Processing: Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the system, ensuring successful invoicing
Inventory Coordination: Verify product availability and coordinate with the supply, demand and sales team to proactively contribute to OTIF (on time in full) deliveries.
Customer Communication: Communicating with customers regarding their order status and addressing any inquiries or issues.
Shipping Coordination: Working with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
Issue Resolution: Handling returns and exchanges, resolving any issues related to orders and transactions, and following up with IT teams for technical issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, supply chain, demand planners, and customer service, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and targets alignment.
Process Improvement: Identifying and suggesting improvements to the end-to-end process inside customer-to-cash to streamline processes focused on maximizing efficiency in managing customer orders and structure data needed to support process improvement and/or automation.
Reporting: On order metrics and related service levels agreed on designated accounts.

Excel, Power BI and Office proficiency.
Previous experience with SAP, CRM, EDI, Salesforce, or related enterprise software.
Previous experience with Supply and Demand planning software.
Knowledge of automation technology tools is a plus.
