What You Will Do
- Order Entry: Process distributor purchase orders in the order management system.
- Customer Requests: Manage document reprints, pricing, and availability inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Address electronic order discrepancies and provide solutions for delivery delays, price issues, and part changes.
- Order Tracking: Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Additional Transactions: Handle expedites, certificates of compliance, and other required customer documentation.
What You Will Bring
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience: CRM experience preferred.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $18 - $20 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
