The Order Management Analyst handles order management of customer(s). Manages all customer sales order solutions in SAP, including order processing, validation, pricing, billing generation, post-delivery and reporting for Direct To Consumer, Ecommerce, US and International Retail customers shipping from Merrillville. Primary users of our solutions are Product Supply Order Management Analysts / Customer Service Operations. Work closely with other areas like Order Acquisition, Order Builder, Transporation Management System, Shipping, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Order Processing Analyst and Business 2 Government to ensure the end-to-end process flows correctly from Order Acquisition until Customer payment and clearing.

Job Qualifications
Education:
- Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education, however, a two or four-year college degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.
Requirements (skills/experiences) for the role:
- Order Management business processes and Solution set.
- Technical expertise on SAP SD and contextual knowledge of related areas including SHX, Warehouse, Finance, B2G, etc.
- Knowledge of Wave methodology and release structure to enable O-TSR through Projects and initiatives.
- Category-Level Production Capacity What-If
- Demand Flow Verification
- Drive/Enable category-level supply network improvement
- Inventory Management
- Issue Resolution
- Rough Cut Capacity Planning

Starting Pay / Salary Range: $53,800-$74,000
Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
