Job Responsibilities :
Data Tracking
- Establish & document the processes of tracking EVT / DVT / PVT units (engineering units) from suppliers.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure data integrity regarding the transfer of engineering units, to and fro.
- Accurately collect and enter data into databases and tracking systems.
- Manage/process eMTT(shipment request) and prepare shipping documents for shipping engineering units.
- Generate and distribute reports based on tracked data to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage scrapping of engineering units globally.
Process Control and Compliance
- Establish & maintain accurate records and documentation of administrative processes.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Continuously monitor administrative processes to ensure optimal performance and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- Work closely with other departments to support administrative control and compliance initiatives.
- Support annual compliance audits by providing necessary resources to auditors.
Pre-Requisites :
- Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Demonstrates accountability, proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and a solid understanding of business operations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- In-depth knowledge of logistics, customer service, and supply chain management
