Job Summary

As an Order Fulfilment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in order processing, inventory management, and customer service to ensure smooth operations in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the order tracking process and ensure order are processed in accordance with fulfilment SOP

• Perform replenishment shipment to regional warehouse(s) in accordance to inventory replenishment strategy

• Perform sales & marketing / support & replacement shipments to partners or end consumers

• Review and perform order rectification prior to shipment status

• Respond to issues ticketing systems pertaining to order related queries

• Responsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against warehouse(s)

• Manage return merchandise in warehouse(s)

• Establish, monitor and manage service providers to ensure resource optimization in various aspects

• Co-ordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company’s risk

• Maintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Management team

What You’ll Learn

• Learn to prioritize and process customer orders accurately and efficiently while adhering to designated timelines and service level agreements.

• Acquire skills in inventory control, maintaining accurate inventory records to prevent over allocations to shipments.

• Familiarize oneself with picking and packing procedures, including proper packaging techniques and labelling requirements to ensure safe and secure delivery of orders.

• Understand the logistics involved in order shipment, including selecting appropriate shipping methods, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with logistics partners.

• Develop communication skills by interacting with customers via email, phone, or chat to provide order updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

• Identify and resolve common order fulfilment challenges, such as inventory discrepancies, shipping delays, or order errors

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh Graduate or Undergraduate majoring in supply chain is preferred

• Proficient in Excel

• Fast learner, proactive and independent

• Able to commit full-time, 6 months from Jun 2025 – Dec 2025.
